I opened up one of the Daily Oms I have been ignoring (saving). The title was "Cultivating the Seed Within" -- the subtitle was "Peace." It was about meditation practice. This is what it said to me:
We can learn to locate the seed of peace inside ourselves in order to have a reliable source of serenity.
