As you read this, I hope I am stepping on a plane, Oakland bound.

It would seem that Oakland is having a *heatwave* in my honor.  Noting this, I am packing my sweatshirt and a sweater and a wrap and socks!  I can't wait to wear real shoes!! Seriously.

Also in my honor, Albuquerque is going to cool down to the 80s and have rain. It would appear that I need to leave the state in order for there to be rain ... that's fine with me. I will do my part and leave as often as possible in order to make rain.

I will enjoy the cool morning and the clouds and the *heat* when it arrives in Oakland with a huge smile on my face. 

If I were going to Oxnard, I would be in for some serious clouds/fog and 60s.  Ah ... next time.
