  1. Is smashing them with a hammer if they have the temerity to continue to exist an option?

  2. If you have such an implement, you can try it...

I was talking with someone I had just met the other day, and she lovingly reminded me that we cause our own suffering ... as in what we choose to hold.

I took her reminder as an opportunity to embrace "positive" outlook -- then I came back to campus, and mercury is in retrograde, and the damn mini-vans still don't seem to have accelerators installed... and I don't have time to wait at red lights.

Each time I have fallen into the gloom of feeling and seeing obstacles, I have reminded myself to be positive.

Then, I thought, you are going to make yourself sick just smiling through shit that pisses you off... yeah, so, I am back to the weed whacker ... hammer, don't have one.

  3. See in that situation, cursing people out IS letting go. You don't have to carry it if you serve that stupid right back to them.

  4. Indeed! I am still working it all out, but I think there is a way to feel frustrated and yet not cause myself to suffer ... letting go is so much better than holding it in!
