Angels among Us

There are so many examples of the selfishness that may come from our busy lives -- it feels like so many people are living in that little bubble, tied to their phones and not making real connections with others.

When we see a story like this, we catch a glimpse of the angel that lives among all of us.

As Lonnie said, his spirit told him something was wrong with the young man, and it was not just the right thing to do, it was a communal effort to see this man's pain and refuse to let it take his life.

If only we could take the time to see those around us and pitch when where needed.
