Poetry Thursday, Thanksgiving Edition

Gratitude -- is not the mention 

Of a Tenderness, 

But its still appreciation 

Out of Plumb of Speech.

When the Sea return no Answer 

By the Line and Lead

Proves it there's no Sea, or rather 

A remoter Bed?
